SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

All merchandise is handcrafted at our facility in Florida. Please allow time for creation and preparation prior to shipment.

Processing Timeframes

Standard / Ground Orders

• Allow 3–4 business days for order preparation

• Excludes weekends and U.S. federal holidays

Second-Day / Next-Day Orders

• Expedited orders require up to 24 hours for processing before shipment

• Excludes weekends and U.S. federal holidays

PO Box & Military Addresses

• PO Boxes and military addresses may only ship via standard shipping

• Expedited shipping is not available for these locations

Transit & Tracking

• Delivery timelines begin once the package ships

• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after carrier receipt

LOST, MISSING, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

While rare, shipping delays or issues may occur.

• Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FINAL SALE POLICY

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

• FINAL SALE = NO RETURN

Condition Requirements

Returned items must:

• Be new, unused, and resale-ready

• Include original tags, labels, and packaging

• Be accompanied by a dated video showing item condition

FINAL SALE ITEMS

• Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged

• Permanent jewelry services are final sale

  • Once welded, permanent jewelry is non-refundable and non-returnable

EXCHANGES

• Exchanges are permitted only for a different color or style

• No refunds are issued

• If the new item costs more, the customer must pay the price difference

• If the new item costs less, no refund or store credit is issued

• For faster exchanges, we recommend returning your item and purchasing the desired item separately

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS (PERMANENT JEWELRY)

• Appointment deposits (if charged) are non-refundable

• Deposits may be transferable upon approval

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling

• BondedJewelss reserves the right to decline service due to safety or suitability concerns

• Injuries caused by snagging or pulling on jewelry
